Honeypot Film Productions was founded by Swedish born Film Maker, Karolina Berkell-Kirk in 2007. It was established while studying her film degree at Napier University/Screen Academy Scotland in Edinburgh. The company is now based in Brisbane, Australia.

The original purpose of Honeypot Film Productions was producing student films while at university. Since then it has become the trade name for Karolina's freelance film projects worldwide.

The vision and future of Honeypot Film Productions is to develop into a team of successful screen writers and film makers working together to create high quality, heartfelt independent films.
